Thidalath is a Program Officer within the Waste Unit of GGGI Lao PDR. In this role, she supports and manages project activities and implementation of sustainable solid waste management projects in Vientiane Capital and Vang Vieng, Lao PDR. This includes coordination with government counterparts, private sector and village representatives, liaising with technical advisors, and overseeing community’s engagement activities and key solid waste management infrastructure operation.

Prior to joining GGGI, Thidalath spent four years as Project Manager Assistant at a consulting firm in the water and wastewater sectors in Lao PDR, working with international organizations such as JICA and a Hungarian water company. She was involved in technical and non-technical support including administrative, financial, and managerial duties. Additionally, in this role, she spent two years working on sustainable solid waste management in Lao PDR, conducting a baseline survey for solid waste management in Vientiane and supporting facility construction. She holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Laos.
