Changsun Jang Joined GGGI Policy Solutions department as Lead in Transport and Sustainable Mobility on September 14.

In his new role, he will be supporting the Urban Lead – Green Cities in working with GGGI in-country teams to originate and expand thematic programs/projects as well as other collaborative projects on sustainable transportation.

Prior to joining GGGI, Changsun worked as a senior researcher at Green Technology Center under Korea Ministry of Science and ICT, developing a pipeline of several transport projects. At private sectors he had also a professional experience of developing an energy performance roadmap and a Green Finance Framework for the Korea government.

Changsun holds a bachelor’s degree on Project Management and a master’s degree on Development Administration and Planning from University College London (UCL). He is now a Ph.D candidate on Energy and Environmental Policy from Korea University.

He enjoys engaging in artistic pursuits and playing sports including baseball, basketball and golf in his spare time.
