Project context, objectives and description
A gender training was designed and facilitated for NDF managers and staff in Helsinki. 4 NEFCO staff joined the training + 20 NDF.
Nordic Development Fund contracted GGGI to design and facilitate a Gender Training for all its staff and managers in Helsinki, Finland.
Therefore, a training was designed by GGGI and based on NDF strategy and internal policies attempted to identify ways to strengthen NDF’s approaches to gender, mainstreaming in its global program.
NDF staff and managers have improved ability to apply gender responsive approaches in its global program.
The overall objective for this project is – Enhanced capacity leading to improved quality of NDF program leading to the wider promotion of inclusive green growth.
