Whistleblowing

  • This form should be used to report allegations of misconduct or integrity violation, including violation of the GGGI Anti-Corruption Policy.
  • Please read the GGGI Whistleblower Policy and the Guidelines for GGGI Anti-Corruption Policy and Whistleblower Policy.
  • To report allegations, please provide as much information and detail  as possible (including who, what, when, where, why, and how) and attach  any documents, photographs, or other physical evidence.
  • Open reporting is strongly encouraged but you may choose to report  anonymously. In such a case, please provide a means (e.g. e-mail address  with a pseudonym) by which you can be contacted.
  • Information regarding the report and identity of the whistleblower  will be protected with confidentiality as required in the Whistleblower  Policy.
