Descriptions of finance products and programs will be provided by the Green Climate Fund, the Southeast Asia Clean Energy Facility (SEACEF) and also GGGI’s work around Article 6 implementation will be discussed. Project financiers and developers from the region will discuss hurdles to implementation and the expected effectiveness of these tools. The session will then be opened up to further feedback and questions from participants regarding hurdles that still need to be addressed allowing panel members to further collaborate on possible solutions.
