Zahra Mutiara

Zahra Mutiara is an Investment Associate in Indonesia where she provides administrative and technical support in development of investment projects related to sustainable forest management in (and around) forest and non-forest concessions, social forestry, peatlands conservation and restoration in focal provinces under the supervision of Investment Services Lead. She also maintains communication and relationship with key government stakeholders such as the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, provincial government agencies, and Environmental Fund Management Agency as well as conducts mapping and follow ups with financiers that are active in the sustainable landscapes ecosystem to enable investment projects and programs development.

Prior to joining GGGI, Zahra worked in Ilewasi in Valencia, Spain, and ASEAN Security Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Birmingham. While she’s not working, Zahra can be found taking analog photography and traveling.
