Yassia Savadogo

Yassia is in charge of ensuring the process integrity in administrative issues, the fully meeting of GGGI established policies, standards and the donor requirements and other operational and office administration functions. He supports Burkina Faso’s administrative operations and finds solutions to ensure that efficient processes are in place and that logistics and administrative procedures are properly implemented. He manages procurement, physical asset and the petty cash of the country office operations.

Prior to joining GGGI, Yassia was working with SWITCH Africa Green (UN Environment Project) where he led waste management project activities for promoting Green Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in Burkina Faso.

He was also Regional Finance Officer Assistant at PreFIE (Fonds d’Intervention pour l’Environnement), responsible for financial reporting for the Centre-Ouest region, Management Controller at ISCONSULT (consulting firm) responsible for development of management tools and enterprises management control. He was manager at Green Intellect Consult (Consulting firm), coordinating environmental studies, external evaluation, and audits. Yassia has 7 years working experience in administration and project management for the private sector and Non-Governmental Organization in Burkina Faso.

Yassia holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Management of Enterprises and Organizations and a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Green Economy and Development.
