Tsolmon Namkhainyam is Energy Program Officer with GGGI’s Mongolia. As the Energy program officer, she plays key role in bringing GGGI values to the country context – from policy designing to the project identification.
She has over fifteen years of professional experience in the areas of sustainable development, natural resource management, community development and climate change working with various international development organizations, including Mercy Corps, UNDP, and Millennium Challenge Account of Mongolia.
Tsolmon has been awarded the Energy Globe Award by her work done in local community development – introducing soil bag construction technology from Japan and seeking potentials to utilize biogas methane as a source of energy. She holds MSc degree from the University of Tsukuba in Japan.
