Pepe Nebril

PePe nebril is based in GGGI’s Country Office for the Philippines, holding the post of Project Implementation Officer under the Climate Resilient Green Growth (CRGG) Project.

In joining GGGI, Mr. Nebril brings with him broad working experiences secured from various private and development – oriented organizations whose operations cover both national and transnational areas, namely: Action Aid International (AAI), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), International Labour Organization (ILO), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), World Vision International (WVI), International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC), among others.

Mr. Nebril transdisciplinary competencies covers participatory planning, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation and advisory/consultancy on Climate Resilience and Green Growth (CRGG), Inclusive Pro-poor Green Livelihood/Enterprise Development, Climate Change Adaptation-Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (CCA-DRR), Complex Humanitarian Emergencies (CHE) and  Program/Project Management, Peace Building,  Community Organizing / Development, International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law, Women & Children’s Rights Promotion and Protection,  and Grant Financial Management.

His academic preparations is on behavioral, legal and public administration aspects. He took his Bachelor of Science, Major in Philosophy, from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City, Philippines, and Manuel L. Quezon University, Manila, Philippines; Bachelor of Law (LlB) from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines; and have earned Masteral units in Public Administration (MPA) from the Sorsogon State College, Sorsogon City, Philippines, and currently pursuing the same at the University of Batangas, Batangas City, Philippines.  He has actively participated and attended various trainings and seminar workshops which were held locally and abroad.
