Patricia Oboliale

Patricia Oboliale is a Senior Associate Finance with the Global Green Growth Institute, Uganda. She provides financial and administrative support to the GGGI Uganda Country Program, and the KOICA funded project titled “Strengthening Solid Waste (SW) and Fecal Sludge Management (FSM) Capacity of the GKMA” in particular. Her role as the Senior Associate is to provide technical financial support which includes processing of financial affairs and monitoring compliance with GGGI Financial Rule and Regulations to the team.

Prior to taking up this Position with GGGI, Patricia worked as the Finance Officer at Norwegian Refugee Council for 4 years and she was responsible for financial reporting, reinforcing and executing internal financial controls for the organization.

Overall, Patricia has 9+years of professional experience in strategic planning, project and operations management, cost analysis and budgeting, risk management and Enterprise Resource Planning. She comes with a wealth of experience working with institutional donors in multi-donor funded Organizations with a strong understanding of humanitarian systems, including coordination structures, funding mechanisms, methods and humanitarian standards and she has closely participated in projects across various key sectors, including Food Security and Livelihood, Protection, Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance, Education, Infrastructure Development and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Makerere University, Uganda and is currently an ACCA student at MAT Abacus Business School.
