Dessi Yuliana is the Project Investment Advisor for GGGI in Indonesia. Her roles in GGGI cover project and business model designs, financial risks analysis including mitigation recommendation, and engagement with government counterparts, private sectors as well as financiers. In collaboration with the Fiscal Policy Agency of Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance, she is also currently leading the design and implementation of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) readiness and preparatory support program.
Dessi has more than 14 years of professional experience in business finance and accounting. Prior to joining GGGI, Dessi was a Business Planning Manager for 4 years in a private energy equity company in Indonesia focusing on building portfolio of upstream oil and gas assets and mini LNG power plants in Southeast Asia. Dessi’s previous roles included financial modeling for asset valuation process, financial due diligence, financial statement projection, and providing financial risk analysis in acquisition process.
Dessi holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and a master’s degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
