Charlotte Camille Turk

Charlotte Camille Turk is the Green Investment Services – Regional Technical Lead for the Pacific. Charlotte manages the green investment projects portfolio and lead the building of project pipeline in the Pacific. She is mainly responsible on supporting Pacific country partners on mobilizing climate finance.

Charlotte is also leading the Climate Finance Access Network (CFAN) Pacific cohort in countries that include Fiji, PNG, Vanuatu, Tonga, Kiribati, Tuvalu, Samoa and Solomon Island. She provides technical advice and guidance to in-country CFAN advisors and leads capacity building in areas of green investment project design, preparation and implementation to internal and government and local stakeholders.

Prior to this role, she worked in GGGI as investment officer and supported green investment projects in Nepal, Guyana, China, Jordan and Fiji. She was also the focal point for water and sanitation projects. Prior to joining GGGI, Charlotte has 8 years of experience in renewable energy companies in the Philippines, her expertise include business development, financial modelling, pipeline development, corporate finance and mergers and acquisition. She also worked on electric mobility, agriculture and water projects.

Charlotte holds a degree in Financial Management and an MBA. She is also a Certified Expert in Climate & Renewable Energy Finance and a Certified Expert in Agriculture Finance.
