Charlotte Camille Chow is an Investment Officer in GGGI’s Green Investment Services Team and is currently based in Seoul, South Korea. Charlotte’s role is to assess risks and provide solutions on private sector’s investment constraints on green investment projects in GGGI partner countries. She supports the country team on enabling green financing on projects in energy, sustainable landscapes, green cities and sustainable water thematic.
Charlotte Chow has 8 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in the Philippines before joining GGGI. She has a strong background in private sector investment on renewable energy. She was involved in the financing and management of various projects at different stages of development in wind, geothermal, solar, hydro pumped-storage, run of river and biomass technologies. She led the due diligence and dialogue with financiers for more than 200 renewable energy projects.
Charlotte’s technical competence includes areas such as financial modelling, due diligence, equity and debt capital raising, financial structuring, process design and implementation, tariff structuring of power purchase agreements, mergers and acquisition, and cash management. Charlotte acquired her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in De La Salle University and Financial Management degree in University of Santo Tomas.
