Anshu Yadav

Anshu Yadav is India Program’s Bioenergy Officer.

At GGGI, Anshu is undertaking design, development, implementation and management of renewable energy and electric mobility projects. He has around 8 years of work experience in the electric mobility, renewable energy, and power sectors.

Prior to joining GGGI, Anshu has worked at the Dialogue and Development Commission, Government of NCT of Delhi, India. He has supported the Commission in implementing key provisions of the Delhi EV Policy (including the accelerated rollout of EV Public Charging Infrastructure in Delhi), Delhi Solar Policy, and Agriculture cum Solar Scheme in Delhi. Previously, Anshu has also worked on renewable energy technologies as well as policy and regulatory aspects under projects supported by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy India, Department of Science and Technology India, International Solar Alliance, International Finance Corporation, GIZ, Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office New Delhi, and Surat Municipal Corporation Gujarat, among others, at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi.

Anshu holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Rajasthan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, J & K. Anshu enjoys playing Table Tennis, Badminton, Football, and Basketball. He also likes trekking and traveling to different places.
