At the national level, he was part of specialists in environmental, economic instruments in the 2018 National Water Study with Ideam and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation-SDC. Likewise, the team of specialists in economic, economic, and environmental instruments for water in mining in Colombia with the Mining and Energy Planning Unit-UPME and the National Planning Department’s Green Growth Mission. In the latter, she held the specialist position in intersectoral projects and formulating policies related to water, institutional analysis, economic and financial instruments for water management in the consultancy on Water Productivity.
