The Viet Nam Country Planning Framework (CPF) 2024-2028 is a five – year framework that sets out the priority areas for GGGI’s country program in Viet Nam. Building on Viet Nam – GGGI collaboration since Viet Nam became the founding member of GGGI in 2012, this CPF 2024-2028 aligns with national policies and strategies and aims to support the implementation of transformative policies to advance Viet Nam’s green growth agenda, mobilize investments and address sustainable financing gap.

Based on GGGI’s programmatic solutions, the CPF focuses on seven strategic areas: green investments, climate action, green industries (with a particular focus on climate tech startups), climate-resilient agriculture, waste management, green buildings, and carbon pricing.
