This report tells the story of how the Transformative Climate Finance Program (TCFP) of the African Union Green Recovery Action Plan (AU-GRAP) worked with pilot African Union (AU) Member States and regional economic communities (RECs) to develop and roll out the tools, systems and trainings needed to structure, refine and present investment-ready project proposals to potential investors to enhance the AU’s capacity to implement the AU-GRAP.
