The Climate-Resilient Green Growth (CRGG) project is a climate change project that is implemented by the Government of Papua New Guinea’s Climate Change and Development Authority (CCDA), with full financial support from the Australian Government and executed by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI).

GGGI in PNG and the Climate Change and Development Authority, with the New Ireland Provincial Administration (NIPA), conducted a two-day capacity strengthening workshop on mainstreaming climate resilience and green growth into New Ireland provincial planning and budgetary processes.

The two-day workshop (26th – 27th May 2021) was part of a series of provincial climate change mainstreaming activities implemented under the Climate-Resilient Green Growth (CRGG) project.  New Ireland Province successfully delivered the capacity strengthening workshop targeting provincial planners; sector leads and experts.
