An Impact Pathway Review (IPR) for the Mongolia Program was carried out in 2019 by GGGI’s Impact & Evaluation Unit (IEU). An innovative feature of the IPR methodology was the development of a country program-level ‘impact pathway’ diagram, based on the logframes of all GGGI projects in Mongolia. The scope of the IPR covered 14 core and earmarked-funded projects between 2015-2019 in the areas of: green growth/climate change policies; energy efficiency; renewable energy/air quality; and green cities.
