This Insight Brief provides an estimate for the investment needed for implementing three infrastructural adaptation measures for farm protection against the effects of climate change and sand & dust storms from the Aral Sea. Following the government’s official targets, the capital expenditures are estimated for implementing drip-irrigation systems, greenhouses, and planting trees for windbreaks in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
