This GGGI Technical Report No. 23 discusses the concepts and methods for the Green-Blue Growth Index, which aims to measure performance in creating synergy between green and blue economy. It illustrates results for three OECS Member States including Grenada, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The report presents the results of the collaborative project between the GGGI and Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission.
