Developed as part of GGGI’s Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) Project, this report examines Thailand’s policy and finance landscape for sustainable buildings. It highlights key challenges such as policy gaps, limited financial instruments, and low market demand, while also identifying high-impact opportunities including energy efficiency retrofits, smart technologies, sustainable materials, green finance innovations, and public-private partnerships.
