Synthesis of Evaluation Evidence, 2023-2025

In 2026, GGGI Impact and Evaluation Unit (IEU) developed a synthesis of evaluation evidence from 2023–2025 to support organizational learning by making evaluation findings more accessible, visible, and actionable across the institution. The synthesis aims to strengthen the use of evaluative evidence in decision-making, reflection, and knowledge sharing among a wider range of users.

The synthesis contributes to the objectives of both the GGGI Updated Strategy 2030 and the GGGI Evaluation Approach, which emphasize stronger institutional learning, evidence-informed decision-making, and more systematic use of existing evaluation findings across the organization. It also supports the identification of evidence gaps that may inform future evaluation priorities and activities.

The synthesis is intended for broad use across GGGI, with primary audiences including GGGI Directors, Practice Leads, the Director of Thought Leadership, the Management Team, and the Management and Program Sub-Committee (MPSC).
