Evaluation of GGGI’s Management of Conflicts of Interest
In 2025, GGGI commissioned an evaluation of its management of conflicts of interest (COI) to support internal reflection on the functioning of a key component of its Integrity Framework and to identify actions to further strengthen it.
The evaluation supports the implementation of GGGI’s Updated Strategy 2030, which aspires for GGGI to become a “world-leading, effective, and agile intergovernmental organization that is respected, financially sustainable, efficient, transparent, accountable, and considerate of its people,” to which effective management of conflicts of interest is an essential contributor. The primary intended users of the evaluation include GGGI’s Executive, senior GGGI leadership and management, including directors and heads of corporate, governance, and operational functions.
The evaluation was undertaken by GGGI’s Impact and Evaluation Unit (IEU).

GGGI developed the management response and action plan (MRAP) to the evaluation. This was approved by GGGI’s Management Team. The document outlines GGGI’s response to the Evaluation’s recommendations and will guide periodic monitoring of the implementation of these actions.
