About Greenpreneur Incubation Program in CIV
Youth economic and livelihood empowerment through green entrepreneurship and digital transformation in Côte d’Ivoire
The Greenpreneur Incubation Program is a global initiative led by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) aimed at supporting young green entrepreneurs in developing countries. In Côte d’Ivoire, this program is implemented as part of the broader project “ Youth economic and livelihood empowerment through green entrepreneurship and digital transformation in Côte d’Ivoire” also known as GENIE, in partnership with Barka Fund, the main implementation partner of the Greenpreneur program in Côte d’Ivoire.
The goal is to empower Ivorian youth by helping them develop sustainable entrepreneurial solutions that address environmental and social challenges, while creating green jobs and sustainable wealth. Through dedicated Greenpreneur incubation programs, young entrepreneurs will receive the guidance and support needed to navigate the challenges of starting and maintaining green businesses. This includes fostering innovation and ensuring the viability of their ventures within the green economy.
