The urgency of the climate crisis and the pressing need to achieve the SDGs call for bold, innovative, and transformative solutions. Green growth is essential—not only to safeguard our environment, but also to drive economic prosperity and poverty alleviation. However, the urgency of today’s challenges requires a fundamental paradigm shift—incremental changes are no longer enough. Transformative and innovation-driven solutions are essential to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and resilient future. Global Green Growth Week 2025, under the theme “Innovation in a World in Transition,“ will convene global leaders, policymakers, and technical experts to explore, showcase, and catalyze the innovative solutions propelling real-world progress in green growth.

This year, Global Green Growth Week 2025 will be held in conjunction with the APEC Summit. While APEC convenes in Gyeongju in late October/early November, Global Green Growth Week 2025 will take place in Seoul from October 27 to 31, 2025, creating an opportunity to build synergy and amplify global dialogue on innovative action on green growth.
