Child-friendly, inclusive, and green lifestyle videos produced by the GGGI Mongolia team are being used at Assembly of Mongolian Children’s Eco Clubs

April 10 – Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia – The Ministry of Environment and Tourism together with Pure water and Natural conservation Center, Ulaanbaatar City Environment Office and City Educational Office organized today an Assembly of Mongolian Kids’ Eco Clubs in order to increase children’s knowledge and understanding on the environment and promote their participation in nature conservation actions.

Over 500 children and teachers of 94 eco clubs at 89 secondary schools participated in this assembly. Mr. Tserenbat.N, Minister for Environment and Tourism delivered an opening speech. Mrs. Helena Molin Valdes, Head of the Secretariat, Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC), UNEP, Mr. Battulga, Head of Ulaanbaatar City Environment Office, Mr. Gantulga.J, Head of City Educational Office were the key speakers.

Organizers of the Assembly played the 12 Child-friendly, inclusive, and green lifestyle videos produced by the GGGI Mongolia team during the Assembly, which were well-received and enjoyed by a big crowd of audiences.
