The GCF National Designated Authority (NDA) – Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development of the Republic of Uganda (MOFPED) supported by Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is in the process of articulating the GCF -Uganda Country Programme and Project Portfolio within the framework of the Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme principally aimed at strengthening the NDA’s GCF coordination capacity. As part of this process, the NDA is soliciting for Project Concept Notes (PCNs) to form an integral part of the project portfolio that Uganda will prepare to engage the GCF towards financing Climate Actions in Uganda.
This is to, therefore, share with you the call for PCNs and GCF template through which the project ideas will be populated. These will be received on a rolling basis with the stop date being 20th July 2020.
