Xiaoxin Xie (Amy), is a Sr. associate for the China program at GGGI. In this role, Amy develops and implements projects that encompass activities in China and other countries along the Belt and Road Initiative path. She is currently focusing on projects related to renewable energy, water, city, and NDC planning and implementation. Amy has researched and worked on sustainable development, renewable energy, project development and management, and partnerships. Prior to joining GGGI, she worked at The Nature Conservancy and carried out partnership development and maintenance work in the external affairs department. Before that, she was the general manager of the international business unit in a US-based environment company.
Amy holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Conservation Education from New York University in the US and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Nanjing University in China.
