Unurtsetseg Ulaankhuu is a Cities Program Officer with GGGI’s Green Growth Planning & Implementation Division, based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Unur has extensive experience in infrastructure development and project management. Prior to joining GGGI, Unur advised the Government of Mongolia on the implementation of its Public-Private Partnership Policy, at both the national and subnational levels, in Asian Development Bank funded projects. She also has prior experiences in academia and the private sector, having worked in a community-based natural resources management project for the University of Oxford and in the infrastructure development team of the Mongolian Mining Corporation. Unur is a certified project management specialist (PRINCE2® Practitioner), and holds a MSc degree in Emerging economies and international development from King’s College London.
