Sivabalan Muthusamy is GGGI’s Finance Director and Deputy Head of Operations Enabling Division. In this capacity, Siva provides the financial leadership to manage GGGI’s rapidly growing and geographically diverse operations. This include designing and managing an effective and transparent financial system, budget management, treasury operations and procurement.

Prior to joining GGGI, Siva was a Director of Finance and Operations for Oxfam International in Timor Leste where he oversaw Oxfam’s in-country financial and administrative operations across all districts in Timor Leste. From 2005-2012, Siva served as the Head of Finance and Support Services in Sri Lanka and Indonesia for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies managing the Finance, HR, Legal, Administration and IT functions for their largest in-country operations, over CHF 2 Billion.

As a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Siva has over 19 years of experience encompassing Audit, Tax and Controllership in the Corporate sector and in the International Development. Siva also holds an MBA in Financial Services from the University of East London.
