Her contribution to MGFC and GGGI is to prepare of market assessment and development of green affordable housing pilot projects. She is also aiming to contribute to the reform of urban development sector of Mongolia.
She is joined from Ulaanbaatar Affordable Green Housing and Resilient Urban Renewal Project, Asian Development Bank (ADB) where she worked as a deputy team leader and affordable housing specialist. Sarnai has also spent 16 years working in regional planning, urban planning and affordable housing policy and legal framework of Mongolia and Ulaanbaatar city at the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development, Municipality of Ulaanbaatar and Capital City Housing Corporation.
Sarnai graduated Mongolian University of Science and Technology. She holds bachelor and master degrees of Arts in Architecture. She is also graduated Yokohama National University, Japan as a master of Philosophy. Since 2016 she is studying Finance Management in the University of Finance and Economics in Mongolia.
