Roxane Castelein is a Green Finance Analyst in GGGI’s Green Investment Services Department, based in Suva, Fiji. She is responsible for providing expertise in climate finance to contribute to the development, structuring and implementation of funds and climate change mitigation projects.
She has over 8 years of experience in climate change mitigation, with a focus on financing and policy formulation.
Prior to joining GGGI she was leading the Energy City Program from the Ministry of Energy in Chile and structured and developed the Local Energy Investment Fund. She also worked for Dalberg Consulting Group on the design of policies for the Energy Sector.
Roxane holds a Msc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and a Msc in Engineering in Applied Mathematics from EPL, Belgium.
