Nissa Felton is an Officer, International Project Development based in GGGI’s China office. In her current role, she focuses on resource mobilization initiatives, identifying sustainable development opportunities along China’s Belt and Road countries, and leveraging opportunities for South-South Cooperation.
Prior to joining GGGI, Nissa worked at the US Embassy in Beijing, and in international development for RTI International and Cardno International Development. She specializes in economic development and has served as a project manager for USAID projects and has substantial business development experience. Nissa has worked in Armenia, China, Egypt, Macedonia, Moldova, Tanzania, the US, the UK, and Zambia.
She holds an MA in international affairs from American University in Washington, DC and a BS in business from Miami University of Ohio.
