Bulganmurun Tsevegjav (Bulgan) is a Senior Program Officer in the Green Growth Planning and Implementation Division of the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI). She holds a M.Sc. Degree in Energy and Environmental Management, from School of Management and Governance, CSTM, University of Twente in Netherlands.
Bulgan works with the Mongolia Country Program, providing professional expertise on ongoing program activities of GGGI including the “Strategies for Development of Green Energy Systems in Mongolia” project, implemented by GGGI in partnership with the Mongolian Government and relevant international and national stakeholders.
Based in Ulaanbaatar, she utilizes her in-country expertise to facilitate stakeholder engagements and expansion of future program activities in Mongolia. She has more than ten years working experiences with national and international organizations, including Ministry of Fuel and Energy, UNDP, UNFCCC and WB funded projects.
Bulgan has been extensively involved in design and formulation of energy-efficiency and low carbon financing projects, delivered a series of capacity building activities and was involved in promotion of climate change, energy efficiency, carbon-financing and environmental projects at international, national and local levels.
